| Changing Monitors To Ready | ||||
|
Changing the monitors from "Not Ready" to "Ready" depends on the vehicle type, miles driven, and the
vehicle owner’s driving habits. A trip or driving cycle is a sequenced set of driving conditions that permits all the available or supported monitors to run. If the vehicle is driven in a way that all the manufacturer's specified driving conditions do not take place, all the monitors won't be run. Based on normal driving habits, many owners will run the monitors in a day or two. Others may need to drive the vehicle longer, perhaps as long a week. A few will never drive the vehicle in a way that lets all the monitors run! |
